We use activated almonds and soak them for a minimum of 12 hrs in Kangen water PH9.5 also,
because of the natural fats and proteins in almonds, it also steams up with a superior
microfoam similar to dairy milk.

30min out in the heat is enough to spoil the milk. Always make sure you carry it in a cooler bag
